All positions provide ski privileges (dependent upon number of hours worked).
All positions require customer service skills.
SKI AND SNOWBOARD INSTRUCTORS – Minimum age is 16 years.
Wage range – Minimum Wage to $9.00
We need individuals who are energetic, outgoing and love to work with children. Must be responsible, patient, have strong communication skills and be at least an intermediate skier or snowboarder. Teaching snow sports involves working weekends and holidays. A minimal weekly commitment of one weekend day and at least one day after school (3:15-6:30) or one evening (6:30-9:00) for the entire season is required. Training is provided for all qualified applicants.
WELCOME CENTER – Minimum age is 18 years. Wage range – Minimum Wage and up
We need service and detail oriented individuals who are outgoing, personable and flexible and have the ability to communicate clearly with our diverse guests, both in person and over the telephone. Main duties will involve lift ticket, rental and lesson sales using a point-of-sale system. Basic computer knowledge required. Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
RENTAL/TUNING/REPAIR SHOP – Wage range – Minimum Wage and up, Supervisors - $9.50 and up
We need several outgoing, personable staff members who are customer service oriented, comfortable dealing with a fast-paced environment, mechanically inclined, and should enjoy being part of a team. Responsibilities include all aspects of fitting equipment to customers’ diverse ages, sizes and abilities.
LIFT OPERATORS & ATTENDANTS
Lift Attendants - Minimum age is 16 years. Lift Operators - Minimum age is 18 years.
Wage range – Attendants & Operators - Minimum Wage & up, Operators - $8.70 & up, Supervisors - $9.50 & up
We need enthusiastic, energetic and reliable individuals who enjoy the great outdoors, physical work and extensive customer contact. Comprehensive training program is provided. Duties include (but are not limited to): Assisting skiers/snowboarders onto and off the lift, monitoring the lift equipment, operating outside in variable weather conditions and working shifts that include weekends, nights and holidays.
LOSS PREVENTION – Minimum age is 21 years. Wage range - $9.25 and up
We need enthusiastic, energetic and reliable individuals who enjoy the great outdoors and extensive customer contact. Comprehensive training program is provided. Duties include (but are not limited to): Monitoring customers’ use of lifts, working closely with Lift Department and assisting with Lift Operations, working outside in variable weather conditions and working shifts that include weekends, nights and holidays.
SNOW SPORTS SHOP – Wage range – Minimum Wage and up
We need outgoing individuals with good customer service skills who are knowledgeable about skiing accessories and products. Will be responsible for following store procedures related to opening and closing of the Snow Sports Shop and processing sales. Training will be provided. Current shifts available are during the following times: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 8:30pm and Saturday, Sunday and Holidays 7:30am to 8:30pm.
FOOD & BEVERAGE – Wage range – Minimum Wage and up
We need excellent staff to prepare and serve food in a food court environment, monitor lodge area and operate point-of-sale system. Looking for outgoing, friendly and customer oriented individuals.
LOUNGE – Minimum age is 30 years. Wage range – Minimum Wage and up
To be considered for the Lounge, you must have previous bartending experience.
SNOWMAKERS – Minimum age is 18 years. Wage range - $9.00 to $14.00
We need hardy, dependable and rugged individuals in our snowmaking department. These candidates must enjoy working outdoors through the night in all types of weather. Not for the faint of heart. Full-time only. Shifts are 8:00am to 8:00pm or 8:00pm to 8:00am.
GROOMERS – Minimum age is 21 years. Wage range – Minimum Wage to $14.00
We need hardy, dependable and rugged individuals in our grooming department. Applicants must have previous heavy equipment or grooming experience with references. Hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am.
FACILITIES MAINTENANCE – Minimum age is 18 years.
Wage range – Minimum Wage to $12.00. Shift hours are 3:00pm - close.
Applicants must be dependable, flexible and self-motivated. Must be able to perform various janitorial and general maintenance tasks on buildings and grounds. Must be able to shovel snow and operate snow plowing/sanding truck with standard shift. Must be able to perform basic handyman repairs as required (plumbing, electrical and carpentry). A demonstrated use of hand and power tools is required. Safe work practices are essential. Must be willing to work with customers and other departments when necessary. Must be able to work weekends and holidays in all weather conditions.
TERRAIN FEATURE ATTENDANTS – Minimum age is 18 years.
Wage range – Minimum Wage and up. Must be expert skier or snowboarder with own equipment.
We need responsible, enthusiastic individuals who have knowledge of freestyle terrain. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting in constructing, shaping and maintaining terrain features, fencing and signage, as well as educating guests on proper use and etiquette on and around terrain features. The right applicant will be able to work well with others in a variety of weather conditions.
GUEST SERVICES VOLUNTEER - Looking for a customer-service oriented person. Must have a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy working with the public. Will greet individual customers and groups, answer their questions and give directions. Will assist other departments as needed and promote ski and snowboard safety. Intermediate ski or snowboard ability is required.
