Groups Made Easy.

At Ski Sundown, your group visit planning process is hassle-free! Gather 20 or more participants to receive discounted rates on lift tickets, group lessons, equipment rentals and lift/lesson/rental packages. Next, contact our Group Services staff at least a week in advance to make a reservation for your arrival.  Reservations are required in order to receive our discounted rates. Our Group Services staff will guide you smoothly through the registration process.  A fun and affordable day or night trip is just around the corner!

Please contact us and make your reservation at least a week in advance of anticipated arrival. Complete and submit all forms and make payment at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance of reservation date.

When You Arrive

Once you arrive at Ski Sundown, you'll be on the slopes in no time! If any group member requires lessons, we recommend that you arrive at least 1 hour before lesson time begins.

Only the Group Leader checks in at our Welcome Center desk located inside the lodge. (It is easier if the group members remain together at an agreed-upon location until check-in is completed.) Pick up your passes and distribute to your group. If there's anything else we can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask!
