What is a Single Visit Group?

Visit with Friends.

Single Visit Groups are clubs or organizations with 20 or more people who want to ski or snowboard during a single visit to our mountain. Participants receive discounted rates on lift tickets, group lessons, equipment rentals and lift/lesson/rental packages. At Ski Sundown, the planning process for a single visit group is hassle-free! Simply contact our Group Services staff well in advance of anticipated arrival to make a reservation and we will guide you through the registration process. Reservations are required in order to receive our discounted rates. A fun and affordable day or night trip is just around the corner!

When You Arrive

Once you arrive at Ski Sundown, you'll be on the slopes in no time! If any group member requires lessons, we recommend that you arrive at least 1 hour before lesson time begins.

Only the Group Leader checks in at our Welcome Center desk located inside the lodge. (It is easier if the group members remain together at an agreed-upon location until check-in is completed.) Pick up your passes and distribute to your group. If there's anything else we can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask!

**Group rates apply to ages 5 and older. Younger group members are welcome. They will be charged our regular Child rates.
