Your Go Card is a reloadable, RFID-enabled media that stores your lift ticket, season pass, lesson, program—just about anything you purchase at Ski Sundown on one convenient card. Keep it in a separate pocket by itself (either left or right) and head straight to the lift gates for access.

STEP ONE

Create an account

  • BEFORE you arrive, click Buy Online on our website
  • Click My Account link or blue account icon
  • Register for a new account

STEP TWO

Purchase Online

  • Select items and checkout. Receive a confirmation email with QR code.
  • Head to a Go Card Kiosk
  • Scan QR code to print RFID – Go Card
  • Place Go Card in your left or right jacket pocket

STEP THREE

Reload your Card

  • Scan QR code on your Go Card to access e-store OR visit skisundown.com and click Buy Online
  • Re-log in and purchase!

FAQs

Where are Go Card Kiosks located?

Go Card Kiosks are located on your right after you cross the pedestrian bridge (near the trail map). Simply scan the QR code from your confirmation email at any kiosk, and your Go Card will print instantly. If you are having trouble, visit is our Welcome Center desk inside the lodge for customer service support.

Where do I put my Go Card?

When it’s time to ski or ride, place your Go Card in a left or right jacket pocket—away from credit cards, cell phone, or other RFID-enabled tickets. Kids can place their Go Card in a pass holder on their goggles/helmet to ensure the RFID Card is scannable at the proper gate height. If you are having trouble entering at the gates, a member of our lifts team will be available to help you.

Do I need a new Go Card for each visit?

Nope! Your Go Card is reloadable—just scan the QR code on your card and log into your account. Purchase lift tickets, rentals, programs, or lessons BEFORE YOU ARRIVE and your Go Card will be preloaded for the selected dates. Keep your card safe so that it can be reloaded year after year!

What if my Go Card gets lost or damaged?

Report your lost or damaged card to the Welcome Center so that it can be voided and reissued at a cost of $5. A new Go Card can be purchased on our e-store or at the Welcome Center desk inside the lodge.

Can customer service reload my Go Card?

Yes, you can get assistance at the Welcome Center desk inside the lodge. However, we advise you to reload your Go Card online in order to avoid lines and access the slopes more quickly!

Are there any restrictions for Go Card use?

RFID Go Cards are non-transferable and may not be given, loaned, rented or transferred to anyone for any reason whatsoever. Transfer or attempt to transfer will result in revocation of the card without refund and is punishable under Connecticut Theft of Services law. Management will enforce a fine of $150.00 for anyone caught participating in the fraudulent use of an RFID card. We reserve the right to deny, revoke, or suspend lift and/or skiing privileges at any time, for any reason deemed appropriate by management. This decision is at the sole discretion of Ski Sundown Management and is without refund. In the case of minors, parents will be notified.
